We sincerely appreciate you choosing Salon 8 for your services. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy:
- Notification Period: To cancel your appointment, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting.
- Appointment Confirmation: We will attempt to confirm your appointment both by phone and by text the day before. If we are unable to confirm your appointment, it may be subject to cancellation.
- Cancellation Fees: The first cancellation will result in storing your card details securely on file. Subsequent cancellations made without at least 24 hours' notice will result in a charge to the card on file for the full amount of the scheduled service.
- Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments without prior notification may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full service cost. This fee must be settled before booking any future appointments.
